Turtles Lore and Origins

It’s a dark and stormy night in the early 2000’s and we find ourselves hovering above the coast of Somewhere, U.S.A. with the weather getting more and more rough by the minute. We’re able to make out what appears to be a Dr Pepper factory off in the distance, seemingly having been built upon a cliff face of all places; consequently, whether through fate or a random act of the universe we’re able to witness the earth start the shift and crack at the factory’s foundation. With the waves thrashing at the cliff walls, the sky roaring with thunder and unleashing massive bolts of lightning as if Zeus himself was in fit of rage we see a massive bolt strike down at the surface, followed by another and another until there’s a loud and sudden crack as we see the factory and ground beneath it start to plummet into the ocean waters below.Fast forward a few months and we find that new life has settled into the factory, we’re able to see a plethora of fish, crab, and of course turtles. It seems that this life has nestled into their new home quickly as we see them working together harmoniously. Out of nowhere our attention is pulled towards the turtles as we see a young hatchling swimming recklessly around what we would know as the mixing tanks. With a sudden crash the hatchling rams into the support beam causing the tanks to collide into each other, caffeine starting to leak out in the process; with this the hatchling unknowingly altered the course of sea life in the area.As months turn to years the caffeine becomes part of the DNA of the sea life as our young hatchling has evolved to the point of consciousness, learning bits of English from the cans and ingredients left over in the factory and from his short trips to the surface. With a sense of bewilderment and curiosity they would start to take longer and longer trips, trying to learn as much as they could about the world around them. It’s here that the hatchling learned about video games, streaming, film, and most importantly… pizza and chicken nuggets.Growing fonder of the human world and wanting to explore all it has to offer the hatchling decided to migrate from the caffeine-filled waters to the cove above, and it is here that our hatchling started to gather everything they needed to start their journey as TurtlesIn4kAfter spending some time on land without returning to the waters below, Turtles started to notice his soft turtle body change and adapt to his new environment. He still has a lot to learn and figure out about himself but he’s certainly excited for the journey ahead!
